Withdraw Policy


Note: Write a clear and concise letter, signed by all authors, explaining the situation surrounding the manuscript, and the reason(s) for its withdrawal.
Author may only withdraw a manuscript submitted to IJASR if withdrawal request received in the timeframe stated below in this policy.


Withdrawal after successful submission but before Peer-review and Acceptance.
Author(s) can request regarding withdrawal of manuscript by writing a clear and concise letter, signed by all authors, explaining the situation surrounding the manuscript, and the reason(s) for its withdrawal within the 48 business hours from the time of submission. Editorial Board will response accordingly.


Withdrawal after Peer-review and Acceptance but before publication.
Author(s) can request regarding withdrawal of manuscript by writing a clear and concise letter, signed by all authors, explaining the situation surrounding the manuscript, and the reason(s) for its withdrawal before publication or within the 6 business days from the day of acceptance. Editorial Board will response accordingly on the basis of information provided on email.


Withdrawal after publication.

Only the publisher have the right in collaboration with the editorial board for considering the withdrawal of published article in exceptional circumstances which compromise the validity of the research such as:

1. Plagiarism: If the article contains plagiarized content, it may be withdrawn.

2. Copyright infringement: If the article infringes on someone else's copyright, it may be withdrawn.

3. Serious errors or inaccuracies: If the article contains serious errors or inaccuracies that compromise the validity of the research, it may be withdrawn.

4. Ethical concerns or misconduct: If the article is found to have been generated through unethical means, such as data fabrication or falsification, it may be withdrawn.

5. Duplicate publication: If the article is found to be a duplicate publication, it may be withdrawn.

6. Legal issues: If the article contains content that is libelous, defamatory, or otherwise illegal, it may be withdrawn.

7. Authors' disputes: In cases where there are disputes over authorship or contributions, the article may be withdrawn.
